I’m Gina Lednyak — a Belarussian-born, NYC-raised, Sydney-side entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and keynote speaker.

I built and scaled L&A Social, Australia’s first social-media-dedicated agency, from the hallway of my apartment into the country’s largest independent firm. Known for its award-winning culture and standout client work, L&A was successfully acquired in 2022 — a milestone that marked the next chapter in my mission to help businesses grow with clarity, culture, and purpose.

Today, I work with purpose-led founders, leadership teams, and scaling companies as a speaker, advisor, and board member — helping them activate their unique edge and build high-performing, culture-rich businesses. I also invest in businesses shaping the future for the better. Outside of work, you’ll find me diving with sharks, skydiving, or chasing adventures that keep my courage sharp and my perspective fresh. Because to me, growth is a mindset — and business is one of the greatest places to practice it.
